Set the standard once. We keep it.
The first visit is a walkthrough and a slightly longer clean. We agree the scope room by room, note what matters to you (the glass shower door, the dog hair on the stairs, the kitchen island), and write it down. That becomes your checklist.
Every visit after that follows the same list, done by the same team, on the same day. You should not have to re-explain anything. If you want to add or drop something, one message changes the checklist for next time.

Weekly suits busy family homes, pets, and anyone who entertains. Bi-weekly is the most common choice for couples and professionals: enough to stay ahead of it without feeling like a visitor is always due. Monthly works as a reset for tidy households that want the bathrooms, kitchen and floors done properly without doing it themselves.
Recurring visits are priced lower per visit than one-time cleans because the home never gets far from the standard. Weekly is the lowest per-visit price, then bi-weekly, then monthly.
