Why it is different
Drywall dust gets everywhere, and it keeps settling.
Construction dust is finer than household dust. It settles inside cabinets, on top of door frames, inside light fixtures and vent covers, and in window tracks, then resettles for days after the trades leave. A single pass does not clear it, which is why a standard clean after a renovation usually disappoints.
We run post-construction as a two-stage job: a rough clean to remove debris and the bulk of the dust, then a detail clean once it has settled, so the home is ready for furniture and photographs.

We clean new builds in London’s north and west subdivisions before possession, full-home renovations in the older Wortley and Old South housing stock, and single-room projects like a kitchen or basement finish. Builders and contractors book us directly for handover; homeowners book us after their own project.
