How it works
A walkthrough, a scope, a fixed monthly price.
We start with a site visit. We walk the floor with you, count washrooms and workstations, note the kitchen and meeting rooms, and ask what the last cleaner missed. From that we write a scope and a fixed monthly price. No hourly billing, no surprises.
Then a dedicated team takes the site. They work outside your hours, follow the same checklist each visit, and leave a signed sheet. If anything is not right, you tell us and it is fixed on the next visit.
Scope
What a standard office visit covers.
Scope is set per site. A typical London office of 10 to 60 staff includes the following; medical, retail and multi-site contracts add to it.
- Workstations and desks dusted, surfaces wiped (papers left as found)
- Washrooms cleaned and sanitized, consumables restocked
- Kitchen and breakout: counters, sink, appliance exteriors, inside microwave, tables
- Reception, meeting rooms and glass partitions
- Floors vacuumed and mopped; entrance mats
- Bins emptied, recycling sorted, liners replaced
- Periodic: interior windows, high dusting, carpet care, floor scrub and polish
Access and security
Keys, codes and alarms, handled properly.
Our staff are background-checked and we carry commercial liability insurance; WSIB clearance and insurance certificates are available on request for your records.
