Cleaning Services in Old East Village
Heritage homes and renovations along the Dundas corridor.
The neighbourhood
Heritage homes and renovations along the Dundas corridor.
Old East Village is east of downtown along Dundas Street, between Adelaide and the Western Fair District. It is a neighbourhood in the middle of a renovation wave: 100-year-old brick homes being gutted and rebuilt, duplexes converted back to single family, and lofts and small condo buildings going into former commercial space.
That means a lot of our OEV work starts with dust. Post-renovation cleans, first deep cleans after possession and move-in cleans before the furniture arrives are the typical first bookings, with recurring cleaning starting once the house is finished.
What gets booked here
Renovation cleanups and first deep cleans.
OEV has more post-construction and move-in bookings per home than anywhere else in London. Small business owners along Dundas also book after-hours cleaning for shops and studios.
